DESCRIPTION:  This property is located northwest of Riceville, Iowa.  The two story home was built in 2012. It has 1,120 square feet of living space on each floor.  Main floor rooms include a large open kitchen / dining area with beautiful oak cupboards, nice sized living room, bedroom with adjoining full bath, office, laundry area and half bath.  Upstairs there are five bedrooms, a full bath, and a large open storage area over the garage.  The full basement is partially finished.  The home has geothermal heating and cooling with floor heat.

The two car attached garage is finished.  Exterior of the home has vinyl siding, asphalt shingles and a covered front porch.  The age of the well is unknown but it is tested   frequently for the dairy and tests good.  The septic was new in 2012.

The farm is currently being used for dairy with a Swing 9 Parabone Parlor which milks 9 at a time and has automatic take offs (ATOs).  The newer free stall building has room for 103 cows plus a bedded pack area for calves.  It is fully insulated, has tunnel ventilation, automatic fan and light control, and the ceiling is completely insulated and lined.  This building has a pit and there is a reinforced concrete 1.1 million gallon lagoon.  The farm has three phase electric and mostly all LED lighting.  There is room for approximately 50 heifers in a separate open front loafing shed.  The barn has been converted to a shop which is heated with floor heat, insulated and has two large beams with a chain hoist.  Four silos are being used and they have unloaders.  There is also a large bunker.
