I was born in Cresco and moved around the Midwest with my family as a child. After graduating high school at Fillmore Central in Harmony, MN. I moved back to the Cresco area. Out of all of the places I lived and visited Cresco was the only place that felt like home. I am married with three children. My wife is also a Realtor with Burke Real Estate. My children are all boys and attend school at Crestwood elementary.
I received my Iowa Real Estate license after high school graduation. I have experience in all types of Real Estate including agricultural, residential, recreational, and commercial. In 2010 I attended the World Wide College of Auctioneering. I received my Minnesota Real Estate license in 2014. Being a third generation agent with Burke Real Estate I decided to get my Brokers license in 2015.
Before my Real Estate career I worked for a large auction company, managed a landscaping crew, and helped farm at various locations. I was given the opportunity to assist in overseeing the expansion and renovation project at Regional Health Services of Howard County. I am also working on my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Currently I am serving on the executive board for Cresco’s sesquicentennial in 2016.
In our free time we like to go camping and spend time outdoors. We also frequent concerts that come to the area. In the winter we enjoy snowmobiling and mini vacations to local attractions.
